INDIANAPOLIS COLTS STAR RECEIVER MARVIN HARRISON ENJOYS "iMPACT!" IN ORLANDO Indianapolis Colts star receiver - and future Hall Of Famer - Marvin Harrison was in attendance at a recent "iMPACT!" taping in Orlando, Florida. TNA referee Andrew Thomas, who is a longtime fan of Harrison and the Colts (his fantasy football team is named "Harrison's Garrison"), finally got the chance to meet his favorite player. Harrison was on vacation at Universal Orlando and decided he wanted to check out the "iMPACT!" tapings that day. Obviously, the TNA superstars and staff were surprised to see the Super Bowl champion show up unannounced. Harrison was extremely gracious and talked to several TNA superstars while enjoying the event. However, referee Thomas almost missed his chance to meet Harrison! Thomas was inside of the one of the other studios while Harrison made his surprise appearance. Knowing Thomas is a huge fan, several TNA staffers tried to call his cell phone, but due to poor reception no one could track him down. Just as Harrison was getting ready to leave, someone found Thomas and told him what was going on. "I thought they were joking at first about him being there, but sure enough, as soon as I got outside all the missed calls popped up on my cell phone. I would have been really mad if I missed out on meeting Marvin," Thomas told TNAwrestling.com |
