For newer wrestling fans unfamiliar with the term "agent", they work behind-the-scenes in Total Nonstop Action to help the superstars and staff produce our "iMPACT!" and Pay-Per-View broadcasts. Much like every major sports team has roster of coaches and general managers, wrestling has backstage "agents". Vince Russo is one of the most controversial authority figures in wrestling history, having worked with WWE, WCW and now TNA. Terry Taylor is a longtime veteran of the sport who is now the Director of Talent Relations in TNA. Pat Kenney (aka Simon Diamond) rose to prominence in the former ECW before joining TNA in 2003.
